Delivery Policy

At Abrasives Warehouse, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and aim to deliver your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Please review our delivery policy below to familiarise yourself with our shipping options and estimated delivery times.

UK Stocked Items (Next Day Delivery)

For items stocked in the UK, we offer next day delivery. Orders placed before 10:30 GMT on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) , will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after these cut-off dates will be processed and dispatched on the following business day. Our next day delivery service aims to deliver your package to your designated address by the next business day.

Bosch Power Tools (3 – 5 Working Days)

For Bosch power tools, we offer a delivery period of approximately three to five working days. These products are stocked at a different warehouse than our abrasives and will arrive in a separate shipment.

UK Conversion (7 – 10 Working Days Delivery)

For items converted in the UK, we offer a delivery period of seven to ten working days. These custom products are made-to-size in the UK and pack sizes can vary, depending on the sizes required.

Europe Stocked Items (2 – 3 Weeks Delivery)

For items stocked in Europe, we offer a delivery period of approximately two to three weeks. These items are currently out of stock but can be pre-ordered. Once the items become available, we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note that the fourteen-day delivery period is an estimate, and there may be instances where unforeseen delays occur. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Make to Order Items (5 – 6 Weeks Delivery)

For items made to order, we offer a delivery period of approximately five to six weeks. These items are specially crafted or customised according to your preferences. Once you place an order for a make-to-order item, our team will begin the manufacturing process. Please note that the delivery period is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.

Please Note: We are currently unable to deliver to N. Ireland. Please contact us to discuss options available.

Shipping Charges

For a total order over £70.00 excluding VAT, we offer free delivery.

For orders under £70.00 excluding VAT, we charge £10 for shipping. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you finalise your purchase.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping outside of Great Britain.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we can provide you with a tracking number via email by request only.
